        Do you accept insurance?Yes! I currently accept BCBS PPO and BCBS Choice! Please contact me for the most recent update on insurance coverage!

        What are your rates?If you are out-of-network or a private pay client, the rates are $165 for the initial assessment (60-minutes) and $155 for 50-minutes follow-up sessions. I also offer $85 30-minute sessions. Please reach out to me with any questions regarding my rates!

        Who do you treat?I specialize in treating adults (ages 18+). I am happy to provide referrals to trusted clinicians who do treat adolescents!

        What are your qualifications?I received my Masters of Science degree in Nutrition in 2017 from the University of Illinois at Chicago and am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) licensed in the state of Illinois (LDN) and Oregon. I have experience working in eating disorder treatment centers in addition to outpatient and am also currently working towards becoming a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor!

        What can I expect in a session?My nutrition counseling style is all about helping you reconnect with your body, make peace with your body, and find food freedom. We will discuss your goals in-depth, pick a place to start, and go! Sessions often include exploring your relationship with food (past and present), discussing body image, self-compassion- this in addition to food stuff of course!

        How frequent are sessions?Session frequency varies from client to client based on their nutrition goals and needs. Most often I start by seeing clients on a weekly or biweekly basis and then titrate down from there as they progress.
